Déforel Momentum Marketing (Momentum) places great importance on protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and what your rights are, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

Article 2 : Data collected via the site
When you use our site, we may collect: (a) Voluntarily provided data: first name, last name, email, phone, company name, message, when you fill in our contact form, request a quote, place an order on the shop or request our free course (email address, plus your phone number if you expressly agree to be called back); (b) Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, visit duration, collected via cookies and analytics tools.
Article 3 : Purposes of processing
Your data is used to: (a) respond to your contact or quote requests; (b) improve the operation of the site and the user experience; (c) send you, with your explicit consent, commercial communications, including a phone call when you ticked the corresponding box while requesting our free course; (d) deliver the content you request (such as our free guide) through our email provider; every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link; (e) process and deliver your shop orders; (f) comply with our legal obligations.
Article 4 : Legal basis
Processing is based on: (a) your consent (contact form, newsletter); (b) the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures; (c) our legitimate interest (site security, aggregated statistics); (d) compliance with legal obligations.
Article 5 : Cookies
The site uses technical cookies necessary for its operation. It also uses an internal audience measurement, without third-party cookies, which records the pages viewed using a random identifier stored in your browser. Third-party tools (Google Analytics, Meta pixel) are only loaded after you accept the consent banner, and are not loaded if you decline. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies at any time.
Article 6 : Data retention
Contact form data is kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last exchange. Technical data (logs, analytics) is kept for a maximum of 13 months.
Article 7 : Data sharing
Your data is never sold, rented or traded. It is shared with the following processors, who act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations: (a) Vercel Inc.: website hosting, technical logs and cookieless aggregate audience measurement; (b) Neon Inc.: database hosting (contact requests, orders, manual sign-ups); (c) Stripe, Inc. and Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.: payment processing for the shop. Your card details are entered on Stripe and never pass through our servers; (d) Resend, Inc.: sending our emails (order confirmations, course delivery, replies to your requests); (e) Calendly LLC, online scheduling: your name, email and the chosen slot are sent to it when you book a call. If you accept measurement cookies, Google Ireland Ltd. and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. may also receive browsing data.
Article 8 : Transfers outside Switzerland / EU
Some of our subprocessors may process your data outside Switzerland or the European Union. In this case, we ensure that appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, certifications) are in place.
Article 9 : Your rights
Under the FADP and GDPR, you have the following rights: (a) right of access to your data; (b) right of rectification; (c) right to erasure; (d) right to object to processing; (e) right to portability; (f) right to withdraw your consent at any time. Article 10 : Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.
