These terms govern the use of the website momentum-marketing.ch, published by Déforel Momentum Marketing, a Swiss sole proprietorship headquartered in Luins, Vaud canton.
Important: these terms only govern the use of the website. Momentum service offerings (content production, social media management, advertising campaigns) are governed by a service agreement signed separately between Momentum and the Client.

Accessing and using the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.
Article 2 : Intellectual property
The site content (texts, images, logos, design, source code) is the exclusive property of Déforel Momentum Marketing or its partners. Any reproduction, modification or distribution without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
